- Demonstrate continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for improvement and organize efforts/team members needed to address the areas of improvement.
- Design, implement and maintain software components shared across development teams
- Work with User interface specialists to develop cutting edge web tools
- Contribute ideas toward the enhancement and/or modification of critical components to improve/optimize the product
- Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to put the customer first
- Take ownership and ensure proactive closure for problem reports that fall within or appear to fall within area of responsibility, work closely with QA and technical support to quickly and successfully closeout reported problems
- Readiness to take on new challenges as the business relentlessly pursues the highest value opportunities for industry leadership and success
- 10+ years of proven experience in large web application development in Java, Angular or React
- Strong Java, JavaScript and TypeScript skills a must
- Familiarity with build tools and CI/CD, Jenkins, Gradle, ANT, Maven
- Experience with Agile methodologies and best practices
- Experience with Kubernetes, AWS EKS, AZURE AKS is desired
- Knowledge around security standards and frameworks such as OAuth, OpenID is a plus
